Inis Meáin Restaurant and Suites provides a remarkable and sophisticated experience on the remote and beautiful island of Inishmaan.
Located near the gorgeous Aran Islands, the hotel’s theme is very modern and stylish. The design of the hotel is contemporary, yet the intimate feel ensures a relaxing experience. The service and facilities boast a very high-quality standard. The intention of the de Blacams’ is to give the entire Inishmaan experience to each and every guest. Exploration kits are provided on arrival to allow every guest to explore the island at their own pace. Other services on offer include bicycles, maps, fishing gear, binoculars, walking sticks, and many other appliances used to enjoy the outside area.
The rooms are limited but certainly worth the experience if you are lucky enough to secure a booking. There are only five suites in total, however, each of the Burren suites is very spacious and furnished in clean, luxurious decor. The design focus is based on the island’s natural wooden elements, which blend with glass and stone. The beds are all King sized and extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are fitted with a classy granite exterior. The living room area comes equipped with teak chairs, a sofa, panoramic windows and reading materials for your entertainment. A private outdoor seating area completes the suite in style.
The restaurant located at the hotel is also intimate, catering to a max of just sixteen guests. There are nightly dinners of around €65 per person, served in custom glassware and earthenware. Chef Ruairi de Blacam is the head chef, known for his exquisite cuisine. The organic rate of the food is quite high, as vegetables are grown on-site and the fish cuisine is reared locally.
Depending on the season, the Burren suites range from €456 during low season to €684 in high season. Breakfast is included, and the price is based on a two-night stay, for two people. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
